Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho has undergone minor surgery on his right ankle and he is expected to start his rehabilitation programme in about two weeks, his club, Bayern Munich said on Friday.
The Brazilian international is currently on loan from Barcelona for one season. The star is expected to be fit for the remainder of the Bundesliga which has so far been suspended since March due to Coronavirus pandemic.
The 27-year-old’s performance has not been impressive at all and it has been reported that most Premier League clubs are eying for him.

Bundesliga is expected to commence next month with most of the games being plained without spectators. The commencement date will, however, be communicated next week at a scheduled government meeting.
Bayern Munich is currently at the top of Bundesliga with 55 points, followed closely by Borussia Dortmund with 51 points while Leipzig is third with 50 points.
